There is no "Lightroom CC" anymore. There is Lightroom Classic, and there is Lightroom (for the cloud). Which program are you using. Please clarify, and then someone will be able to hopefully provide assistance.

Hi there,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with Lightroom.

Please share the version of Lightroom you are currently using by going to the Help menu > System info.

If you are using the Lightroom version 2.4.1, please go to Lightroom.adobe.com and sign in to the application to check if you are able to see your images there?

Also, could you check if the Lightroom desktop application says that it is currently offline? You can check that by checking the Search panel at the top of the application.

Also, please quit Lightroom, sign out of the Creative cloud desktop application and then sign back in once to check if that helps.

Regards,

Nikunj
