Hi everyone,

our IT team deleted my old profile and added me to a new team (same email address, new profile). Now ALL of my Lightroom photos are gone. The cloud is empty because the IT team didn't tell me they would delete my other account. Is there any way to get the catalogue/the photos back?

I obviously have the RAW files saved. I just need the CC catalogue because it contains a lot of presets/edits that I haven't saved beforehand.

Please help and thank you!

If you log in at https://lightroom.adobe.com do you see them?

If, while logged in you look at the Deleted Items album, are they in there?

Hi Rikk,

no, unfortunately, everything is gone.
Nothing in the "Deleted Items" folder, nothing in the library.

It looks like I have never used it before.

Our IT says they deleted my account completely and then started a new one with the same e-mail adress.

I didn't know beforehand, that's why I didn't save all of it...
