My Lightroom disabled as punishment? for disputing an unauthorized billing for Acrobat!!!!

I have Lightroom as an Adobe stock photography contributor. My Lightroom has been disabled and I am told that my "free trial" after two years of using Lightroom has expired and that I must now pay.

Someone at Adobe is royally screwing with my account. First I was billed UNAUTHORIZED for Acrobat. I don't use acrobat. I found two months of billing in my paypal account, requested a refund, and canceled my paypal debit card. So Adobe could not bill me for Acrobat again and now access to Lightroom has been revoked as punishment for disputing their UNAUTHORIZED billing!!!!!!! Do I need to get a lawyer?

Does anyone at Adobe care to put a stop to this!?
