My mask dosn't apply when export

Hello everyone, here's my problem (Lr not LrC):
I'm working on this image (img1). One of the masks allows me to have this blue light.
However, when exporting, this mask is not applied (img2).
the strangest thing happens when you change the export format (vid). For 1s you can see the correct settings.

here's what I tried:
- duplicate the mask and delete the original
- exported with different formats
- change color space
- export to photoshop

Do you have a solution?
Thanks

Thanks Tom.  I'll try that.  It appears to be isolated to Lens Blur for me.  See the below post.

Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us with your software's installed version number.

Did the problem continue after the 8.0 update?

I'm on 8.0.  I just completed an hour long session with tech support and we thought we had the issue solved with a fres install.  I started editing again and the issue is reoccuring.  It appears that when you add the lens blur the edits will not export.  If you turn the blur off they export.  It appears isolated to having the lens blue activiated.

Are you able to provide a DNG or an Original + Settings Export of a file that exhibits the problem so our engineers can take a look at it?

Yes,
The workaround I just figured out is that I have to export images without lens blur then reimport the flattened images.  The lens blur can then be reapplied and the results work as originally planned.  I've also attached the intended results as an example.

Unfortunately, we would need to see a DNG or a raw+settings.  A JPEG is of little value in this discussion. The best method I've found is to upload the files to a file-sharing service such as Dropbox (or similar) and then provide a link.

The files that I sent you were RAW + Settings.  The Orignal file was a jpeg.  The XMP is the meta data.

Thanks for the clarification. One last question. Are these files in your Local Tab or are they in the Cloud Tab?

Thanks for the information.

I added your JPEG+XMP to Lightroom Desktop and verified the masks and the before/after view.
I exported a new Small JPEG
The exported file contains the mask information and is correct (in that it matches the view inside of the Edit section of Lightroom Desktop.

I am not able to reproduce this issue on Mac (14.7) or Win 10 (22H2)

Standard troubleshooting would apply in your issue with likely culprits being Video Drivers, Lr Preference file or a reinstallation.

When I worked with Adobe tech support we verified all of the drivers were up to date, reviewed preference settings, and also a reinstallation.  It doen't appear that these are causing the issues.  Any other ideas?
