My photos look black when imported to Lightroom Mobile (Android)

I can only see 5 photos from 70 that I have, the rest look black like there aren't there and all my presets had disapeated. What's going on? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. Which version of the application and Android are you using? What is the file format of all the photos? How are you importing the images? Which device are you using, and what specifications does it have?

Did you recently update the application or re-installed it?

Meanwhile, you can send us a few affected files and one unaffected file so we can check it on our end.
