Need advice on removing sun glare from photo

I'm not the most savvy when it comes to LR and only been toying around with it over the past few months. One pic I have which I love has a massive sun glare in the attached picture. Most things I've read online say to use the dehaze tool but having trouble focusing just on this particular area. I've even tried the radial gradiant button but still not getting a smoother final adjustment.

Any advice?

Try a large 'soft' brush, with Dehaze (and other adjustments?).

You can brush a straight line by- [Click] the Brush once, move the Brush, [Shift+click] the brush again. (like joining the 'dots').

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.
