Hey, @saman_mahmood9693. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in to the community with, and you currently don't have an active subscription. Have you used any other email address to sign in to Lightroom on your mobile before?
If you were logged in to Lightroom mobile with an email account that had an active subscription, the images, edits, and the rest of the data would've synced to the cloud. You can sign in again with the correct email address to find the images on the cloud.

TBMK If using the free version of LrMobile, any photos you add/import are only stored locally on the device in the app space. If you then delete or uninstall the app from the device, the operating system removes it entirely, including the cached photos. The only way you can get them back is if you had backed up the device (iTunes or iCloud) before deleting the app, so that you should be able to restore the app and the photos from the backup.
