New Update is slowing my edits down

So Im using the new lightroom and for some reason while my lightroom is syncing it is delayed big time. Edits are being changed its lagged and it never done this before. I dont know if its because im editing off the cloud or what but I cant work in this manner. I need some help please.

Sorry that Lightroom is slow while syncing your images to the cloud.

Which version of Lightroom are you using and what type of device are you using? Is it on Windows, Mac, Android or iOS?

I am on windows and I was using Lightroom the newest updated version. It
was glitching and I cant edit. So I switched to Lightroom Classic and the
same thing. While its syncing it just glitches alot. I dont have any smooth
workflow. Also its taking a very long time to sync. It only has 5 Photos to
sync and its been like that for hours. I have no clue on what the problem
is. I have 300G more in room on my hard drive...
