Hola buenas tardes, estoy suscrita a Lightroom Premium desde hace 2 años y ahora no me deja acceder a las funciones premium. Me dice que tengo que contratarlo. No entiendo nada... Si me podéis ayudar por favor

If you used Lightroom Premium for 2 years, and now do not see it, then it sounds to me like you are not signed into the correct account.  Please be sure you are signed into the correct email ID that is already subscribed.  Please try signing into Lightroom with any other email address you likely used.

 

This advice is included on the help page Mohit kindly shared: 

 

Make sure that you are logged in with the correct Adobe ID.

Verify the email address with which you are logged in and ensure that the email address is associated with the active Lightroom subscription.

 

If you try Restore Purchase, and it fails with an error message like "Duplicate purchase," then this means you do already have another Lightroom account subscribed.
