No longer have access to presets

I got a new phone and when logging into the lightroom app, I no longer Hve access to the presets I previously had access too and purchased. How do I access presets I previously had?!

If you only have the free app and not a subscription then the only way is to perform a 

restore from a full back up of the old

phone.

 

Or re-import the Presets if you still

have them.
