I had problems during the migration from Lightroom Classic and I lost the original "Lightroom Library.lrlibrary " file, now I can see only the previews in the clou d and there is no backup of the originals; I'm seeing that the available space on the cloud is almost unused, is there a way to restore or re-synchronize the originals on the cloud? or eventually to repeat migration?
The cloud images are considered to be the originals, not a backup. If the cloud is still empty, then you will have to migrate the Lightroom Classic catalog again. It seems however that Lightroom CC is still busy syncing 9033 images.

Start Lightroom CC and go to the preferences. The option to store a copy of the images locally probably got unchecked when you lost the library file.

I have all the images previously stored on my mac (about 550,9 GB) but I want to have a backup on the cloud and these have not been synchronized, the backup cloud is empty

Thank you Johan,
I tried to do it but the system says that the catalog has already been imported. However I think I have solved by importing directly the originals as if they were new photos, the system perfectly associates them with the previews that are already inside; it's a bit laborious but it works! thank you
