Second time this has happened to me and no it's not because I'm logged into the wrong account. I can see all my images (the ones I edited last time I logged in when I had the premium features) & my Apple Media and Purchases shows an active subscription. 
When I click on "start free trial" I get an iPhone pop up saying I am already subscribed, then I get a Lightroom pop up saying "sorry, something went wrong". 
When trying to restore my purchases i get a pop up saying "no restored purchases"
Please sort out...
