No se puede sincronizar ambos lightroom

Buenas noche colegas.. tengo ambos programas tanto en la computadora como el móvil... pero a la hora de sincronizar carpeta en el ordenador no me. Aparece en el.movil.

 Tengo el plan de 20 gb y ambos programas con la misma cuenta

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Can you please share with us what happens when you try to sync the images? 

You can try an alternate network connection. Also, please have a look here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/how-to/sync-photos-lightroom-mobile.html.
