Not able to import presets in Lightroom (Windows)

Hello new here, I am on free trial just downloaded the LR app, and trying to import presets from other creators but the 3 dots on the preset panel do not give any otion to manage preset or to download them. What am I missing ? TIA!

Thanks for reaching out.

Which version of Lightroom are you using? How are you importing the presets? What type of preset files are you trying to import? Are you using a ".lrtemplate" preset file? If yes, Go to Preferences - Presets and click on the 'Show All Other Lightroom Presets' button. Open that folder, go to 'Develop presets,' and place your .lrtemplate presets in the User Presets subfolder. Restart Lightroom.
