not able to import

Hey! so i have lightroom downloaded on my iphone. i use lightroom to edit all my pictures but one day i accidentally deleted the app. when i re-downloaded it any time i hit the edit/import the photo it says unable to import. i've deleted the app again,shut down my phone , created a new lightroom account to see if it was just the account i was on (which it wasn't) , & amost anything else i could think of. i hope someone has some sort of answer ok how i can fix this. thanks!

Check if privacy persmissions are set OK?  Try these steps:

Go to iOS Settings > Privacy > Files and Folders.  Do you see two settings for Lightroom?

Turn them both OFF.  This should reduce this two settings to just one.  Now turn ON the remaining Lightroom setting.
