Not responding for 25 seconds on first edit

If i don't use Lightroom for a few minutes at the first attempt to edit a photo the program "doesn't respond" for 25 seconds it freeze, then it starts working normally again ...
My configuration is windows 10 pro, Intel I7-9700, 32 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, 1 TB SSD (dedicated to copies of Lightroom images)

I add that the problem arose with the Lightroom update made a few days ago.

If i don't use Lightroom CC 5.3 for a few minutes, at the first attempt to edit a photo
Lightroom "doesn't respond" for 25 seconds it freeze! then it starts working normally again ...
I add that the problem arose with the Lightroom update to 5.3 ver. made a few days ago.
First everything was working!

1 TB SSD (dedicated to local copies of Lightroom images)
