The CR3 raw format is different for each Canon camera. Lightroom needs to get an update to support each time Canon introduces a new camera, even though this camera uses CR3 as well. If you have an old Android device that does not support the latest version of Lightroom, this may mean you won't have support for the latest Canon camera(s). So update Lightroom if you can.
