Numerous oddities

I ordered an ipad air 5 (m1 chip) and had some issues with Lightroom. I sent it back thinking it was the ipad, but it's still the same with the second ipad air 5 I recently received (coming from regular iPad 7 on ios 15).

My ipad air 5 is on iOS 17.6, but the last ipad Air 5 i sent back was updated to the most recent iOS 18. I thought that might have something to do with it, so I left this new ipad air 5 on iOS 17, but it's still the same.

For starters, I can no longer crop or do anything when trying to crop in full screen.

The app randomly freezes and I have to close and reopen it.

The most strange is when adjusting temp or tint, it randomly changes on its own. I've added a video to show what I mean. You'll see me adjust them, then close the tile/tab, and when I go back to it the setting has changed.

Hey, @BlueRidgeButler. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. What exact version of Lightroom are you working on?

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3xdotLH) and check for all the images synced and uploaded to the cloud. Once everything is backed up to the cloud, try reinstalling Lightroom from the App Store, and let me know how it goes.

Thanks!

Version 10.1.1 588528

I reinstalled and it's still doing the same thing. Although, I'm sure we both knew that. I can't crop when in full screen mode and the temp/tint still changes on its own.

I can't comment on the freezing issue because it happens at random.

Update - it just froze again and I had to close and restart it.

I get it... you're probably not having this issue with others, which makes me irrelevant. That's fine.

Could you [Adobe] please bring back the ability to crop in full screen mode, at least? I can deal with the temp/tint by using a mask instead. The freezing is minimal, so I can deal with that, as well. However, not being able to line up my corners is pure torture (video provided).

Hey there! Sorry for the delay. We're here to help. I am still trying to recreate what you've reported.

Please follow the guidelines to create a feature request/idea for the Full screen Crop: https://adobe.ly/4gWTvZO

Thank you for the response. I was able to crop in full screen on my iPad 7. Not really sure why it was taken away.

If you need anything else from my iPad/app, please let me know.

Any luck? I just edited a photo and Lightroom froze. I closed and reopened it, and lost the entire edit. My iPad 7 may have been a bit slower, but at least the app worked properly.
