We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom. Would you mind telling us the version of Lightroom you're using? Since when are you facing this issue? We're here to help. Just need some info.

Try the steps below:-

1. Close Lightroom

2. Sign out of your Creative Cloud Desktop app

3. Sign in to Creative Cloud again

4. Open Lightroom
