Ich habe schon länger PS & LR als Abo und am 29.Jan. wurde auch abgebucht, aber nuee Credit um die KI zu nutzen habe ich immer noch nicht erhalten.
Da steht immer noch 0/250 und LR schmeisst auch einen Fehler.
Was mich viel mehr daran nervt ist das es keine EMail oder Chat gibt um mit Mitarbeitern von Adobe dadrüber zu reden.
Ist das deren ernst ?
The refresh of Generative Credits does not occur on the First-of-the-Month schedule but rather on a specific date based on other criteria. In your case, reviewing your Adobe ID, your refresh date for credits is on February 12th.
