Es muy molesto que luego de unas semanas de intentar ingresar porque me habían robado mi celular cuando logro acceder a la app no están ni siquiera mis presets, los cuales eran pagos. En el verano cuando hice el cambio de celular me cargaron todo y ahora no. Espero una pronta solución porque sino dejaré de usarlo. No pienso volver a comprar todos los presets que tenia instalados en la app que eran más de 250, más los propios. Están realmente jodiendo mi trabajo.

I understand your phone was lost/stolen with purchased presets on it. 

 

If you are a paid Lightroom user, your subscription allows your presets and photos to sync to Lightroom cloud storage. Signing into your subscribed Lightroom account should restore all your presets and photos.

 

If you used the free version of Lightroom, it does not sync to thee cloud/server -- the solution is you must restore a iTunes/iCloud backup of your old phone onto your new device, or reinstall the presets.  Perhaps contacting the seller of your preset can allow them to help you.
