Help!! I'm editing a friends wedding photos and for some reason this message keeps popping up. This is not the first time it has happened I took most of not all of these photos on my camera. If I didn't take them then I have to screenshot them to try and edit them but then the quality isn't as good. Please someone help! I've tried looking through the help desk but none of it is helpful. I've tried logging out and logging back in, making sure the app is updated, closing out all apps and going back in, and turning my phone off but nothing.

Hey, @Ryleigh31802985whs1. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.
Please ensure you're working on the latest version of Lightroom (v9.4) from the AppStore.
Does this happen with any specific images? Are these images part of a shared album or organized through a third-party tool?
Instead of using the Device view, try sharing the images from Photos to Lightroom, or use the Import button in Lightroom's Edit view to import images first & check if the issue exists.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi,
when you get this error, is it with already edited images or images that you have never edited/imported?
This error can show up when you don't have the images in the Photos library on device and they can't be downloaded.
Unsupported file formats or images that by some reason cannot be opened could also be the reason.
Thanks,
Ignacio
