Both my Lightroom app on iPhone and Lightroom classic on my Mac are logged into my creative cloud account and both say they are syncing photos. The trouble is, they are not.
I created an album in cc on the go today and imported photos from my device and camera to it. The phone says it's synced but these photos are not available on the desktop and neither is the album.
Same for the Mac. I imported photos from the card to a different folder and these have finished syncing but are not available on my iPhone.
What's causing this and how can I fix it?

Can you see any synced photos at http://lightroom.adobe.com/ . That is what is in the Cloud.
Could it be that you are signed in with different accounts on different devices?

No. The iPhone album is on my phone and the web version.
The mac albums is only on the Mac. It is selected for sync. I have rebuilt my sync data. I have logged the account out and back in and Lightroom CC says that sync is complete.
