Photos and Preset disappeared

So I'm fairly new with Lightroom, I got it in September when I first purchases a Preset for it. I loved the Preset I bought, I bought a second pack. I have been using that since September 10. Today, I purchased some more presets. When I got those all downloaded into Lightroom, ALL of my previous photos and presets were deleted? It was like the app completely wiped itself. I cannot get those previous presets back unless I pay again. Does anyone know what happened or how I can fix this? I would love to get those presets back, the photos were all saved to my camera roll so I'm not too worried about those, just what I paid for.

Are you just using Lightroom CC on Mobile, or Desktop and Web also? And do you have a plan with Cloud Storage?

I am using the mobile, and no I don’t think so for the cloud storage..
