Photos being cropped after I copy preset in Lightroom

When adding the preset to my photo it's cropping my photo. This is with every preset that I have. I can't figure it out at all. 😞 this is on my phone app.

Hi Jennifer,

That shouldn't be happening, could you please let us know the version of Lightroom you're working on and which device are you using?

 

Also, are you using default Lightroom presets or have you installed custom presets?

Hi.... I'm using my iPhone XR. It looks like it V.5.1.0.93E03A. I hope that's the version I just gave you. They are all presets that I purchased from Etsy.
