Photos loosing color when exported

When I edit an image in Lightroom, export to photoshop and save it as Jpeg from there, the coloring of my image is ruined but only on some websites and apps. It desaturates my photos. When I upload them to my work website, walgreens, Prequel and sometimes even though it looks fine on my end, my clients post them on Facebook and they look this way. What do I do?

No doubt you saved the photo with the wrong color space. Many apps do not understand color management, so if you save a photo as AdobeRGB jpeg, or ProPhotoRGB jpeg, then the colors will look washed out. Always use sRGB.
