I am unable to see any of my photos from my phone or Ipad, the LR apps there are showing my photos in the cloud and saves locally .

Hi, looking at your account, I do see an active subscription.
Please quit the Lightroom app, try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app, and sign back in. Also, try changing the wifi network your Mac is connected to, to check if that makes a difference.
