Photos not showing on second mac

hello

While logging on my macbook i see all thr photos in lightroom.

however, when my collaborator logs in from his macbook(he has access to same lightroom account), he does not see certain folders. He sees only a few folders, and the rest incompletely, and a few zero photos.

why?

I suppose you are working with Lightroom (cloud) since such functionality is not available in Lightroom Classic.

I'm moving this to the correct community, and can you please share some more details on version of Lr and OS and maybe share a screenshot as well.
