Pictures and account gone.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and now I can't log in through my phone. Every time I try, I get an error message saying 'Unable to sign in with Google at this time, try after some time.' However, I was able to log in through another phone, but I had to sign up again. all my progress, presets, and pictures are GONE. I had many pictures of memories spanning over 2 years, and now they are all lost.

Hey, @Emir37031007rday. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in to the community with, and you currently don't have an active subscription. Have you used any other email address to sign in to Lightroom on your mobile?

 

You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3vMwLcJ) and check any other emails you might have used for Lightroom. If you had an active subscription, images may have synced to the cloud. 

 

If you were logged in to Lightroom mobile with an email account that did not have an active subscription, the images, edits, and the rest of the data were stored in your device's local storage and did not sync up to the cloud. You can try signing in again with the correct email address to find the old data. This may help if you've not yet reinstalled Lightroom on the device.
