Pictures rotate and flip at export to jpg

Just trying to export files to JPG. Images flip and rotate and I just can't find the reason why. Is it a bug, or... ?

Are the actual exported images still flipped and rotated? Could you be a display bug in this interface.

Yes they are. Every single jpg requires to unflip and unrotate it in Photoshop.

Weird. Never seen it do anything like this. Maybe post a file (put it on dropbox or similar and post a link) that does this.

It does this with all my files, even very old ones, that I worked with x updates back and all was fine. So, it is not file dependant 😕
It doesn't flip/rotate when export setting is set on DNG file for whatever reason. It does on JPG and TIFF.
Luckily, I don't do many files, its more like a hobby for me, so I can live with that. It's just annoing.
