Pague un plan de 12 meses el 07 abril 2022 y ahora en la aplicación me sale que la suscripción está vencida. A donde me puedo dirigir para buscar solución?

I see no subscription history at all for the email ID you used to write for help. My guess is that you signed into Lightroom and subscribed using a different email ID.
If you cannot remember the correct email ID to sign into Lightroom, please contact Adobe Support. Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option. Let them know you need helping to remember your correct email ID for login.
