Boa noite,
Tenho assinatura premium valida ate 26/08/24. Porem nao consigo usar o recurso.
Ja tentei restaurar comprar, nao é possível. Diz que nao tem compras, mas nas minhas assinaturas consta que ela existe.
Isso está algum tempo assim, desde que troquei de aparelho. Não sei o que fazer.

What version of Lightroom are you talking about? You posted this in 'Lightroom Classic Bugs' but this is obviously not a bug and not a Lightroom Classic question, because there is no Lightroom Classic premium subscription. I moved it to Lightroom ecosystem discussions for that reason.

Log out and log back in, making sure to use the very same ID (email) you used for the subscription ... and if it does not help ...
