Point color Luminance shift not being exported as tiff

Luminance shift (Point color) is being applied correctly however if i export my tiff file the change is not present.

I am not able to reproduce this using your description.  I am seeing Luminance Shift in Point Color being applied correctly in Tiff Exports.
