I have had the paid subscription "lightroom premium" from you for quite some time. Unfortunately, it does not work right now and I am always linked to a page with the "premium functions" and RAW images so that I subscribe again.
This problem was already several times, but was gone the next day, but now it is already for several days and I can only use the free features.
We're sorry to hear that. Are you logged in with the subscribed Adobe email address in the Lightroom Mobile app? Do you have complete subscriptions which include Lightroom Desktop, web, and mobile versions? If yes, are you able to use premium features on desktop or on Lightroom web?
