Hello!
I have an active mobile Lightroom subscription purchased via the App Store, but the premium features (such as healing, selective editing, RAW editing, etc.) remain locked.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
1. I signed in with the correct Adobe ID linked to my subscription.
2. I used the “Restore Purchases” option in the app.
3. I restarted my phone.
4. I confirmed my internet connection and date/time settings.
Unfortunately, none of this helped. I’m attaching screenshots for your review. Please help me activate my premium features.
