Despite that my app subscription is paid, it keeps asking me to purchase premium (I have), then it confirms that I indeed have Premium and then I still can't access it? Anyone? How can I get through to customer service on here at least, as typing this post is the only solution I'm given? Thank you in advance

I see no active plan for the email address you used to post for help here. Perhaps you signed into Lightroom and subscribed with a different email address.
