I have paid ₹1700 for premium and from my back account the amount has been deducted but premium version is not activated

Hi. I've just had a look at our server-side and I can see a valid subscription applied to the Adobe-id which you use for this forum. Have you  to re-sign-in with the same Adobe-id? - hope this helps, Guido/ Lr QE

I have re installed the app and activated the premium for 420/month.but before that I have paid ₹1700 for which the amount has been deducted from my account . kindly return the amount of ₹1700
