Hi,

I created a preset on Lightroom Mobile (I'm using v. 7.4.2). I saved the preset (three dots on the top - create preset - give the preset a name - save in preset group - save. I get the notification: "name present" added to "name group".

But then, when I want to use this present on another photo, I cannot find the preset. I search under "presets" - but the only things I see are: favourites, standard, artistic, modern, vintage and black/white.

Does anyone know where I can find my selfmade preset?

Thanks!

Hi Karlijn25636328dbzt,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding the Preset that you created.

If this was the first preset you created, there will be a 'User Preset' group created under 'Yours' tab in Presets.

Any preset that you create will be contained in this 'User Preset' group.

Try to force quit the app and relaunch to see if you have the 'User Presets' group under 'Yours'.

Hope this resolves your issue, if not please reach out again and we can look into it.

Thanks

Kavita
