Preset wont open in my customers Lightroom Mobile app? Help!

For context: I create and sell my own Lightroom Mobile presets and have recently moved my store to a different site due to cost. I have always sold my presets as .dng files (Adobe Raw Images) and haven't had any problems with customers downloading/importing and using them until now.

Issue:

One of my customers has gotten in contact and informed me that she is having issues with opening the presets in Lightroom. She says that she can download my .dng presets fine on her mobile but gets stuck at the 'Launch lightroom' step as when she does this, my photos with the presets on them don't appear in the app.

Suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks in advance 🙂
