Presets Crash

lightroom crashes almost every time i go to open presets ,i have uninstalled and reinstalled several times

any help ???

Sorry to hear you're running into issues with Lightroom. Could you share a bit more about what’s happening? Knowing which version of Lightroom and operating system you’re using would be super helpful. Also, are you using any third-party presets or plugins?

If the app crashes, do you see any error messages? If so, feel free to post a screenshot. And if you’ve seen the Adobe crash report dialog pop up, did you happen to click “Send” to submit the report?
