Presets crashen das Programm

Hallo zusammen.

Wenn ich auf Presets klicke, sagt mein Lightroom "Keine Rückmeldung" 

Ich hab auch schon auf Version 6.4 upgdatet und bin dann wieder zurück auf die Vorgängerversion, aber das hat nicht geholfen. 

Ich hatte neue Presets importiert, die ich dann natürlich nicht sehen konnte, weil es sich sofort aufgehangen hatte. Aber auf dem Handy hatten sie sich alle synchronisiert. Dort hab ich dann alle gelöscht, in der Hoffnung, dass es auf dem Laptop dann wieder funktioniert, aber hat es leider nicht.

Bei Maskierungen hab ich das Problem auch oft. Die gehen auf dem Handy, aber nicht auf dem Laptop.

Hey, @Susefe. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. What version of Windows are you working on? In Lightroom, without opening edit tools, go to Help > System Info > Copy & paste the content of this window in a response here.

Is there a crash report when Lightroom crashes? Please submit the crash reports to us: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html
