Community Beginner ,
Mar 18, 2021 Mar 18, 2021

Hello everyone!
I need help with my presets.
I have installed in the same way of the others that I have been working but it hasn’t worked at all.
I will send to you a video!
I am afraid to delete my app and all the information that I have will be deleted too.
Thank you 🙏🏻

We have just released version 6.2.1 with a fix. Since this was an import issue you need to re-import the dngs ---Let us know if it's working for you now...and sorry for the trouble

Sahil

I viewed your video.

I think you are trying to create a Preset from the Advertising image (that will NOT contain editing)

Add (Import) all the other DNG files from the supplier to the catalog then Edit another DNG photo and create a Preset from this. Repeat with other photos for each preset.

The Advertisement 'Header' photo - no preset edits!

I think these are the DNGs with Presets-

Hello!
Thank you for your help, but it happens also with DNG images that contains presets. The fisrt ones I bought from a instragrammer, it was all right but then it happened this. It is like the Lightroom doesn't recognize the presets and downloads the original image.
Thank you

Please provide more information about your device and Lr version.

You would not "Import" presets (on Android devices).

Instead you-

1) Import (Add) an image file that is in the DNG file-format.

2) Edit this image -Do NOT make any changes!

3) SAVE a Preset,  (which extracts the editing adjustments from the DNG file and uses them for the newly created preset.)
