Presets not working

Hi there! For a quick overview of my situation, I sell Lightroom Presets and the DNG mobile files work for the majority of customers but lately I've been receiving messages and screenshots of the presets as empty files without any settings on them. It seems as if the presets are reset when they're imported. Customers are taken to a Dropbox folder to download the files, not sure if it has anything to do with Dropbox because they work for most people. I tested out the files myself multiple times and the settings show up for me. I've been trying to figure this out for a while and I can't seem to come to a conclusion. I was wondering if anyone might know a solution to this? Thank you!

Hi,

thank you for pinging us, this issue was fixed in our 6.2.1 version.
If you haven't got it yet, try to grab it directly from the App Store app.

Also, any preset that was created with the previous 6.2 version needs to be deleted and recreated with the 6.2.1 version.

Thanks,
Ignacio
