Hi, I purchased a preset about almost a year ago and it's gone. I used it about 2 months ago and now it's not showing up under my presets? I taped on restore presets and it says that I haven't purchased any?

Are you trying this on a new device or have you re-installed Lightroom?  If you are a user of the free app, photos and presets do not sync across devices, and do not survice app re-install.  Lightroom syncs across devices and backs up to the Lightroom cloud only for subscribed accounts.  See this page for more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/lost-photos-presets-lightroom-mobile.html
