Prevention of importing duplicates

Hi,

I can't find any information on the prevention of the import of duplicates in Lightroom (Cloud). Plenty of stuff on Classic.

Any guidance would be appreciated. I also use Mobile.

Lr calculates a hash value if the image.

The hash value is used as a logical key, which prevents a duplicate image from being imported regardless of filename.

There are a few ways around this, but this is the general concept.
