Previous phone's pictures do not appear on my new phone

• I have a new phone and when I logged into lightroom, all of my pictures have gone. How do I get them back?

Hi, Sorry you're having trouble.

Unfortunately, your photos and presets are not synced with a free account and may be lost. You may be able to recover your images if you have a backup of your previous phone. Presets may be recovered if you contact the place you got them from. I hope that helps.
