It depends which Lightroom you are referring to. (you are in a Lightroom-CC forum)

Lightroom-CC (Cloud based) has never had 'Print'.

Lightroom-Classic (Desktop based) continues to have the Print module.

With Lightroom-CC (Cloud based) you can "Send to Photoshop" or "Export to JPG" and print with available software.

Thanks for the reply. I signed up for Lightroom CC not knowing that it did not have all the features of Lightroom 6 or Lightroom classic. So I guess I'll just go back and use Lightroom 6 that still has everything that I ever needed to use.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Or your best option?

Contact Adobe and ask to transfer your subscription to the Photography Plan with 20GB Cloud storage.

For this you can have Lightroom-Classic (replaces v6), Lightroom-CC (Cloud), Photoshop-CC, Bridge.

It's imported to realize that Lightroom CC is best thought of as a port of the mobile version of Lightroom to the Desktop. The proper desktop version of Lightroom is now called Classic and continues to be developed. Classic can do everything you would expect such as printing, keyword, etc. Lightroom CC allows you to have on your desktop exactly what you see on your mobile devices and do about the same things with your images.

Interestingly on the mobile versions you can easily print using the share button. No such thing in the Desktop LR CC where you have to export to a jpeg or go through Photoshop.
