Problem downloading received photos that were exported in Lightroom

I can't seem to download the photos that have been emailed to me through Lightroom. My dad is sending me some photos and exported them through Lightroom. I got an emailed link that opens up a Lightroom url page. I can see all of the photos, but can't find how I should download them or open them in my own Lightroom app. Any help would be appreciated.

Apparently your dad didn't check the option to allow downloads. If he didn't check that option then there isn't anything you can do. You'll have to ask him to change the options on his end.

Same issue here - for some shared photos it works, for some, the download link is missing (see screenshot, last icon). When downloading whole folder, photos are missing.

I tried to share individual photos (and allow downloads): no success 😞

When trying to download folder with only one photo following error appears: Bad Request: No fullsize or 2048 rendition

"The picture must be made now.", Tim Carpenter

I have the same issue (I'm the owner of the shared album)

  1. Collection is shared from LR Classic, containing 82 images:Screen Shot 2021-11-29 at 18.05.42.jpg
  2. Collection is correctly created on LR web and does contain the 82 images
  3. All 82 images can be displayed without any issue
  4. When downloading all the images, image 21 and 25 are skipped, making a 80 image folderScreen Shot 2021-11-29 at 18.08.14.jpg
  5. Images 21 and 25 ARE displayed on the web, but downloading them leads to "Bad Request: No fullsize or 2048 rendition"

@Antoine HLMN  An ask from engineering: "it might be helpful to get a link to the share if that's possible so we can diagnose the issue."

Is it possible for you to supply this?

Thanks Rikk 🙂 Can I PM this to engineers? I can't just share clients photos without their permission.

I would recommend direct messaging me the link and I will pass it on to the developer for review.

Does performing a small edit on any client and the moving to a new image to force a sync allow the image to render and be avialable?

It did work, thanks!

Could the problem be identified? Is there a risk of this happening again? I looks very unprofessional towards customers when the number of pics doesn't meet the expectations...
