The free version of Lightroom Mobile does not sync any photos or presets to the cloud.
Only the paid version of the app stores images, edits, and presets in online backup.
Free version- Restoring a backup of the phone will restore Lightroom to its previous state with the presets included. If no backup, you will need to import the presets again. Contact the seller of the presets for help as Adobe does not help with third-party presets.
Subscription version- Presets should automatically transfer if phone is signed in with the same account ID.
