Bonjour
J'ai un soucis avec LR Classic sur mon Iphone 15 pro.
En voyage je prends des photos avec l'appareil photo de l'appli LR.
Remarque : le changement d'objectif est moins fluide qu'avec l'appareil de l'iphone mais je fais avec car les images sont réglées par défaut au format que je souhaite (3X2) et pas avec celui d'Apple et géolocalisées ce qui est parfait, mais ...
j'ai eu un bug par moment ou a chaque changement d'objectif l'image devient folle alternant tres rapidemment les formats, les alignements horizontal/vertical ou je ne sais quoi. Difficile d'expliquer et encore plus de montrer.
Le pire c'est que c'est aléatoire, par moment tout va bien, à d'autres pour une raison que j'ignore c'est permament et je suis obligé de sortir de la fonction appareil photo pour y revenir.

Please share a few more details, like the version of the Lightroom mobile application and your OS. When did you start noticing this issue? Does it happen when you shoot with specific formats, e.g., JPG or DNG, or with all of them? Also, relevant screenshots or a screen recording of the issue would be helpful to get a clearer idea. You can share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform with your response.
Meanwhile, you can try these out and see if they fix anything.
Restart your phone: A simple restart can often clear temporary software glitches.
Clear Lightroom App Cache: While iOS doesn't always offer a direct clear cache option for individual apps, you can try offloading the app (which removes the app but keeps its data) and then reinstalling it. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Lightroom, then tap Offload App and Reinstall App.

Hello Noel
This issue happened sometimes in the past but not often.
I was travelling lastweek making photos frequently and daily.
The worst moment have been last wednesday when it happened each time I was changing the objective between T/W/UW.
I shoot DNG
my versions are
OS 18.5
LR mobile 10.3.1
I cannot send any screenshot or recording because I just tried again and there is no issue at that moment. However I do not know how I could do these recordings if it occurs again. If you know how to do it, please tell me.
I will try what you recommend and will let you know if it occurs again.

Have you been able to try out the suggested steps? Based on the information you provided, you're using an older version of Lightroom mobile. A newer version (10.4) is available now. Try updating Lightroom along with the other steps and let us know how it goes.
